Well plans are all falling into place and it's almost time to 'arty. If you are from the Art Smith side you will know what that means! If not you will find out...
The weekend looks like it will be a fun one.
Friday night as people pull in will be lots of visiting and a wiener roast for those who make it.
Saturday will have a served breakfast, lunch and dinner, and games planned all day. Don't forget the recipes for the 2nd Edition Cookbook, as well as the Silent Auction. Can't wait to see what everyone brings.
After a last breakfast together we will all head home with new memories, which is a good thing considering some people's ages. LOL

2009 marks the year that the Art Smith family is hosting the reunion.
Date: Friday July 17 - Sunday July 19
Location: Sylvania Hall, Sylvania, SK (Approx. 10 miles south of Tisdale)
Camping allowed on site - hotels in Tisdale
Cost: $35 per person
10 years and younger free

Cheques can be made out to Kathy Smith. Please be sure to indicate the full names of the individuals you are registering, including all youth!

As in past years, we are going to have a silent auction on Saturday evening. Please bring an item or items for the auction. All proceeds will go towards the reunion and future reunions.
Also we would like to produce the Smith Family Cookbook, Volume 2. Submit favorite recipes from your home to the email or mail address. It would be great to have the cookbook available at the reunion.

The Location of the Reunion Has Been Decided...
The location of the 2009 reunion will be at the Sylvania Hall in Sylvania Saskatchewan.
Sylvania is located 10 miles south of Tisdale. Camping is allowed on site, and there will be hotels available in Tisdale.
